Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of FinnTryxi.

1. Service description

FinnTryxi is an AI-powered web application that reads uploaded financial statements and produces structured dashboards, ratios and narrative summaries.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old and legally entitled to use the documents you upload.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not upload material you do not have the right to process.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape or overload the service.
• Do not use the service to produce misleading financial disclosures.

4. Payments and refunds

Prices are shown in EUR at checkout, exclusive of taxes where applicable. One-time reports (Flash Report, Premium Presentation) are non-refundable once the dashboard has been successfully generated, subject to the withdrawal waiver in Section 5. If our AI cannot extract data from your document, you will not be charged. Subscriptions renew automatically at the cadence shown at purchase and can be cancelled at any time through the customer portal.

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewal charges only; you retain full access to the Service, including your remaining upload allowance, until the end of the billing period already paid for.

Deleting your account cancels any active subscription immediately but does not entitle you to a refund for the remaining portion of the current billing period.

Annual plans: Annual subscription plans, including Corporate Power User, are billed in advance for the full year. Any downgrade request from an annual plan takes effect only at the end of the current annual billing period and does not entitle you to a partial refund.

Upload Allowances and Resets: Certain subscription plans include a monthly allowance of document uploads (e.g., 5 or 30, depending on plan). This allowance resets to the plan's full amount at the start of each billing period. Unused uploads from a prior billing period do not carry over, roll over, or accumulate, and are forfeited at each reset. This applies regardless of whether the allowance was fully used in the preceding period.

5. Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA consumers)

If you are a consumer resident in the EU/EEA you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. Our one-time reports (Flash Report, Premium Presentation) are digital services performed immediately after you upload a document. At checkout you must expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the report has been successfully generated. We record that consent with a timestamp against your account.

Until a report has been generated, the right of withdrawal is unaffected. If our AI cannot extract data from your document, no report is produced and you are not charged.

6. No professional advice

FinnTryxi's output is generated by artificial intelligence and is provided for informational purposes only. It does not constitute accounting, tax, legal or investment advice. Always verify important figures against the underlying source documents and consult a qualified professional before making decisions.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FinnTryxi disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Total aggregate liability is capped at the amount you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, or error-free access to the Service. The Service depends on third-party infrastructure providers (including hosting, domain registration, and payment processing) which may experience downtime, outages, or disruptions outside our control. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from such interruptions.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Any dispute shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Maltese courts.
